The majority of the products on our website hold a 6 month warranty, covering manufacturing defects. In the event of an item developing a fault or is found to be faulty upon delivery, please contact our Customer Care team with images of the fault, detailing the issue in full so that we can get a resolution for you as quickly as possible.
Once you've completed our checkout process, you will automatically be sent an email order confirmation containing all the key details about your purchase, including your unique order number that you should keep handy just in case you need to get in touch with us about anything. Please note that you won't get any tracking information about your order in this email - you'll receive a separate message once your items have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Not at all. So if, for example, you'd prefer your order to be shipped to a work address rather than your home, just enter those relevant details during the checkout process.

Ideally if you have your order number at hand that'll make it quicker and easier for us, but don't worry if you can't find it. We'll happily sort out sending the correct items out to you and advise you on what to do with the goods you've received.
