How much is shipping?

We keep our product prices as low as possible, unfortunately this means we can’t offer free delivery. Although thanks to the extensive range of couriers we use we’re able to provide a fantastic selection of delivery options at extremely competitive rates. Our delivery charges are based on the weight of the products you buy, so will vary from product to product. The full range of delivery options and costs are clearly displayed in your shopping basket before your checkout, so there’ll be no nasty surprises once you’ve confirmed your order.

How soon can my order be delivered?

Don’t worry, you don’t have to wait long for your products, we offer express shipping to all countries we ship to. You can choose from a variety of delivery options to suit your exact needs – 99% of our products are in stock here at our warehouse so they can be dispatched the same day.

Do we offer international delivery?

Yes, we ship to 190 countries around the world. Select your products and at the checkout you can enter your delivery address to show you the shipping price.

If you live in the UK or the wider European Union, there’s no need to worry as you won’t be charged any customs duties or import charges. Our international customers should be aware that the prices on our website do not include any customs charges. These vary depending on the country and on certain occasions you may have to cover these additional costs when you receive your order.

What delivery couriers do you use?

FedEx, Landmark, Yodel, UPS, DHL, Hermes, Parcelforce, Tuffnells & Royal Mail are just some of the couriers we use to ship items from our warehouse to your door. Thanks to our great links with all the major hauliers we can call upon an extensive range of couriers, which gives you the widest possible choice of delivery options and enables us to deliver your order in the most cost-effective and timely way.

Will I need to sign to receive my order?

Many of our couriers may require a signature to successfully deliver your order, which is why we recommend (where possible) having your items delivered to a place where you know someone will be in to receive them - whether that’s at your home address, with a trust worthy neighbour or to your place of work. The following couriers may require a signature: FedEx, Landmark, Yodel, UPS, DHL, Hermes, Parcelforce & Tuffnells. The following couriers do not require a signature: Royal Mail. You can find out which courier will be delivering your order by checking the tracking links included within your shipping confirmation email. Without a signature, the courier may not be able to successfully deliver your order.

Can I track my order to monitor its progress?

Yes, you can track your parcel. You will receive an email following your order being dispatched from our warehouse to allow you to keep updated on your shipping. If you have any problems tracking your order or wish to provide delivery instructions, please get in contact with our customer service team and we’ll do our best to help. Alternatively, please contact the courier directly.

Can I return an item?

If you are not completely happy with your product we have a 30 day returns policy. Please get in touch with us and our helpful customer service team will support with rectifying any issues.

What is your return policy?

Don’t worry if you need to return an item, see below step by step information to do so.

  • 1. Contact our customer service team who will send you a returns form.
  • 2. Repackage your goods in their original packaging, including the form we have supplied you with.
  • 3. Return package in post to us to complete the process.

Who pays for me to post the item back?

You will be liable to cover the cost of the return of the item. We highly recommend using a tracked courier, as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any missing products.
