There are some questions more common than others, so lets get the these out of the way first....

Q - How much will shipping cost?
A - Shipping is calculated on weight, so will change from product to product. On each product page there is a shipping estimator which calculates the shipping to your location
Q - How are orders delivered
A - For orders under 7lb, you can chose from USPS (Economy) or FedEx (2 day). For order over 7lb they will all be shipped via FedEx.
Q - How quick is delivery? 
A - For orders before 11:30AM Eastern Standard Time FedEx will deliver in 48hrs and usually before 10:30AM, to all states including Alaska, Hawaii & also Canada. 
Q - Do you deliver internationally? 
A - Yes, on each product page there is a shipping estimator. Select your country and the shipping cost will be displayed. Prices are very low
Q - I Canada really the same shipping price as USA?
A - Yes, thanks to a unique distribution system orders to Canada are shipped at no extra cost and see the same super quick delivery time

Order Cut-Off Time?

In order to receive a product(s) within 48hrs it needs to be ordered before 11:30AM Eastern Standard Time.

Orders received after that time will be dispatched the following day and thus add an extra business day on to delivery time.

International Delivery

Where do we send?

We ship to every country in the world. Items in the '48hr delivery list' above can be delivered to most countries in the world within 5 days. On each product page there is a shipping estimator which will calculate the shipping cost to your country. Items in the '2-4 week delivery' list above are more difficult to ship to due size, for these we ask you to email sales@greenbowsports.com with your desired destination and we will quote.  For large orders container shipping is available.

Shipping methods & transit times

For light items an economy airmail service can be used. These items will be delivered by your country's mail/post service. Delivery time of this is usually 1-3 weeks. Please note this method is not tracked. For heavier items and all expedited shipping needs we use a international courier such as FedEx & TNT. Using these methods items are delivered to your door usually within 5 days, fully tracked,

2 Days - Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom & Canada
3-5 Days - Rest of European Union & Most of Europe, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, New Zealand
4-8 Days - Rest of World (some countries may have a reduced transit time)
